The Caledonian Edinburgh, part of Klarent Hospitality, seeks a Casual Bartender to deliver refined bar experiences and uphold luxury standards in a fast-paced city hotel. As part of our distinguished Food & Beverage team, you will showcase premium spirits, cocktails and wines, provide personal recommendations, and maintain immaculate bar presentation.

Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and varying shifts is essential.

• Uphold hotel luxury standards across beverage operations.
• Create a welcoming and elegant atmosphere for every guest.
• Showcase knowledge of premium spirits, cocktails and wines.
• Contribute creativity and flair to drink presentation and service.
• Prepare and serve drinks to exceptional quality and brand standards.
• Provide personalised beverage recommendations and attentive service.
• Maintain immaculate bar presentation, stock levels and equipment.
• Upsell premium products through confident product knowledge.
• Work collaboratively with the wider Food and Beverage team to ensure seamless service.
