The Person:

The Role:

• Deliver refined, memorable bar experiences from day to evening service
• Uphold the hotel luxury standards across all beverage operations
• Create a welcoming and elegant atmosphere for every guest
• Showcase strong knowledge of premium spirits, cocktails and wines
• Contribute creativity and flair to drink presentation and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve drinks to exceptional quality and brand standards
• Provide personalised beverage recommendations and attentive service
• Maintain immaculate bar presentation, stock levels and equipment
• Upsell premium products through confident product knowledge
• Work collaboratively with the wider Food and Beverage team to ensure seamless service.

*About Service Charge & Gratuities

As part of our commitment to recognising and rewarding our team, gratuities (tips) and service charge are shared on a pro-rata basis across our Food & Beverage divisions, regardless of role. The service charge is an additional charge applied to hotel services within our Food & Beverage outlets and is passed directly to eligible team members in specific roles.

Based on current estimates, in 2026 our full-time employees can expect to receive approximately £2,640.00* per year in addition to their annual salary through gratuities and service charge.
