As part of our commitment to recognizing and rewarding our team, gratuities (tips) and service charge are shared on a pro-rata basis across our Food & Beverage divisions, regardless of role. The service charge is an additional charge applied to hotel services within our Food & Beverage outlets and is passed directly to eligible team members in specific roles.

Based on current estimates, in 2026 our full‑time employees can expect to receive approximately £2,640.00* per year in addition to their annual salary through gratuities and service charge.
