The Caledonian Edinburgh, part of Klarent Hospitality, is seeking a casual bartender to join our luxury hotel team on Princes Street. You will deliver refined bar experiences and uphold premium beverage standards in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

The Role

• Deliver refined, memorable bar experiences from day to evening service
• Uphold the hotel luxury standards across all beverage operations
• Create a welcoming and elegant atmosphere for every guest
• Showcase strong knowledge of premium spirits, cocktails and wines
• Contribute creativity and flair to drink presentation and service.
