Job summary

The Celtic Collection at Celtic Manor Resort in Newport is seeking enthusiastic Casual Bartenders to join the festive Food and Beverage team. This zero-hours role offers £12.71 per hour and the chance to work across our bars, restaurants and events during the Christmas period.

Whether you have bar experience or want to build hospitality skills, you will deliver outstanding guest service, learn a range of beverages, and thrive in a fast-paced, merry environment across our resort.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bar/restaurant/hospitality or customer service environment would be advantageous.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Knowledge of beverages, cocktails, wines and spirits, or willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, friendly and professional approach.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and throughout the festive period.
• Ability to remain calm and organized during busy service periods.
