Job summary

The Celtic Manor Resort is seeking casual Bartenders for its festive Christmas team in Newport. You will work across our restaurants and bars, delivering exceptional guest experiences while serving beverages and supporting Christmas events.

Ideal candidates have bar or hospitality experience, strong communication, and a positive, professional attitude, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime during the festive period.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bar, restaurant, hospitality or customer service is advantageous.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails, wines and spirits, or a willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, friendly and professional approach.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and throughout the festive period.
• The ability to remain calm and organised during busy service periods.
