The Celtic Manor Resort is seeking enthusiastic, energetic Bartenders to join our Casual Christmas Team. You will work across a variety of restaurants and bars, delivering guest-focused service and creating memorable experiences during the festive season.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, hospitality or customer service environment desirable.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Knowledge of beverages, cocktails, wines and spirits, or willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, friendly and professional approach.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and festive period.
• Ability to stay calm and organised during busy service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a range of beverages, cocktails, wines and spirits to a high standard.
• Build positive relationships with guests and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Support festive events, celebrations and Christmas dining experiences across the Resort.
• Work collaboratively with restaurant and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and licensing compliance.
• Help create a fun, welcoming and memorable atmosphere for our guests.
