Job summary

The Bull Hotel in Gerrards Cross is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Assistant to join our Meeting & Events bars. This part-time role requires your availability Thursday to Sunday evenings from 6pm, with a need to commute to SL9 7PA.

You should bring bar experience, a customer‑facing approach, and a pro‑active, can‑do attitude to support weddings and events. You will contribute to delivering exceptional guest service, upsell offerings, and maintain health and safety standards while

Qualifications

• Previous Bar Experience (ideally in a hotel environment).
• Commitment to great customer service with excellent communication skills.
• Excellent team working skills.
• A pro-active and can-do attitude.
• Flexible to work on a rota basis, mornings, evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome and deliver excellent service to customers.
• Assist with service delivery for weddings, events and parties.
• Help customers enjoy their experience by knowing our products and services.
• Upsell all aspects of the department.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in line with health and safety regulations.
• Work well with other team members to ensure smooth service and high morale.
• Attend training and complete e-learning modules to develop skills.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced bar person, predominantly working in our Meeting & Events department bars.
This is not a full time position; hours will be according to business needs but your availability must cover Thursday to Sunday evenings from 6pm. You must be able to commute to SL9 7PA

Our Food & Beverage Team is at the heart of our business, providing excellent levels of service of food and beverages to our guests in our Restaurant, Bars and Meeting and Events spaces.
