Job summary

East Riding of Yorkshire Council at Bridlington Spa is seeking a friendly and motivated Casual Catering and Operations Assistant to support hospitality, catering, bar services, and events across the venue. You will work with Duty Managers to ensure a high standard of service and a positive guest experience during evenings, weekends, and special events.

• Support Duty Managers in the delivery of hospitality, catering, bar services and operational activities.

• Assist with catering, bars, events and venue activities during at Bridlington Spa.
• Support with external catering events when required.

Bridlington Spa is one of the East Coast's premier Venues for conferences, entertainment, and events. We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our busy Casual Catering and Operations Team.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused individual with a genuine interest in the hospitality industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the day -to-day operation of catering, bars, events and venue activities. There may also be opportunities to assist wth external catering events.

The Role

The Catering, Bar & Operations Assistant will support Duty Managers in the smooth delivery of hospitality, catering, bar services, and operational activities throughout the venue and theatre. As a member of our casual team, you will help ensure that customers receive a high standard of service and enjoy a positive experience at every event.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will :

• Be aged 18 years or above due to essential bar work.
• Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
