Job summary

Autism East Midlands is seeking casual relief staff to support autistic individuals across Nottinghamshire and surrounding areas. The role offers flexible morning, afternoon, night shifts and full training.

You’ll help with activities, independence, personal care and community integration, working within a supportive team. There is no prior experience required; the employer provides extensive induction and development in CALM and Positive Behaviour Support.

Qualifications

• No experience is necessary and full training is provided.
• You will support autistic people with activities and independent living skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic support including personal care, daily living skills, and community integration.
• Uphold high standards of care, maintain records securely, and follow GDPR.
• Communicate effectively with service users, families and the clinical team.
