Trent Precast Concrete Ltd in Skelmersdale is seeking a casting supervisor to ensure all concrete pours meet specifications and quality standards. You will lead a small casting team, drive health and safety, and prepare daily handover reports for the factory manager.

Experience with precast concrete and factory environments is preferred. The role runs Monday to Friday with pension and onsite gym benefits for employees.

Responsibilities

• Check planks after pouring and log issues.
• Lead the casting team and drive health and safety and quality.
• Complete a daily handover report to the factory manager.
