Job summary

Revolut seeks a Business Compliance Manager to uphold FCA Client Assets Sourcebook (CASS) standards, partner with Operations, and safeguard client money and custody assets. You will drive governance, controls, and practical guidance on CASS across the first line of defence.

In a fast-moving fintech environment, you’ll coordinate audits, monitor rule changes, and lead testing frameworks to ensure scalable, compliant processes while enabling innovation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a CASS management role in an investment firm, consultancy, or regulator
• Solid knowledge of CASS 6-10
• Understanding regulatory requirements for client asset protection and reconciliations
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
• Willingness to continuously develop expertise

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute testing frameworks to ensure FCA CASS compliance
• Interpret and implement CASS regulations, identify risks and drive improvements
• Ensure systems, processes and controls are robust, scalable and compliant
• Maintain and update the CASS Resolution Pack
• Coordinate internal and external CASS audits and regulatory assessments
• Monitor changes to CASS rules and assess impact on processes and controls
• Ensure ongoing compliance with CASS 6-8 requirements
