Job summary

Revolut is hiring a Business Compliance Manager to oversee CASS compliance and client asset protection. The role partners with Operations and cross-functional teams to safeguard client money and custody assets, drive governance, and ensure regulatory alignment.

The candidate will implement testing frameworks, manage CASS audits, and monitor regulatory changes, supporting scalable, compliant operations in a fast-moving fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a CASS management role in an investment firm, consultancy, or regulator.
• Solid knowledge of CASS 6-10.
• Understanding regulatory requirements for client asset protection and reconciliations.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Willingness to continuously develop expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain robust testing frameworks for CASS compliance.
• Interpret and apply CASS regulations, identify risks, and improve governance and controls.
• Ensure systems and processes remain robust, scalable, and compliant while enabling innovation.
• Maintain and update the CASS Resolution Pack.
• Coordinate internal and external CASS audits, reviews, and regulatory assessments.
• Monitor changes to CASS rules and their impact on processes.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with CASS 6-8 requirements.
