Ria is a leading money transfer company that provides fast and secure international transfers of funds for businesses and individuals. Our Retail team is committed to providing the most trustworthy, easy, and pleasant experiences for our customers.

You will be joining a friendly team where you will contribute to the store's dynamics and success. Great communication skills are essential when dealing with our diverse customer base by displaying friendliness, a positive attitude, resolving problems, and confidently handling our customers’ money in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do On a Daily Basis
  • Interact face-to-face with customers to receive and process all of Ria’s products such as money transfers, money orders, and foreign currency transactions.
  • Verify or enter customer information accurately into our systems.
  • Assist customers courteously with inquiries about services, cancellations, or other Ria locations.
  • Recognize problems, issues, or complaints during queries and propose solutions or escalate to management.
  • Stay updated on Ria’s products, services, and policies.
  • Balance your cash register and prepare cash for bank deposit.
  • Maintain your daily transaction records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested by colleagues and superiors.
What We Will Look For in You
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
  • Some computer knowledge, especially MS Word and Excel.
  • Cash handling experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • A valid work permit is required.
  • Positive attitude and effective communication skills to work well with team members and create outstanding customer service experiences.

For this role, candidates who speak Spanish or Portuguese are preferred.
