Job summary

NCR Atleos in Dundee is seeking a Business Ops Analyst to join the cash management team. You will balance vault handovers, generate cash orders, and support multiple regions including UK and abroad, ensuring accurate reporting and timely replenishments.

The role requires numeracy, strong Excel skills, and the ability to multi-task in a busy environment. You will collaborate with security and field operations to maintain service levels and meet SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile and balance vault handovers and daily cash movements; report to cash suppliers.
• Investigate and respond to email queries supporting operations.
• Create daily cash orders for all cash suppliers.
• Create and send packing schedules to each depot.
• Update in-house CMS/database with CIT and cash supplier information.
• Set up new sites with cash suppliers and CMS.
