Brink's Incorporated is seeking a friendly and reliable CIT Driver to securely transport cash across regions in the UK. The role involves a fixed 4-on, 4-off rota with early starts and a focus on safety and accuracy.

The successful candidate will drive cash and valuables, replenish ATMs, comply with security procedures, and communicate clearly with clients and internal teams. A valid driver’s license and a basic security mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in security/SIA role preferred but not required.
• Excellent knowledge of road safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport cash, coins, and valuables to designated locations and replenish ATMs.
• Follow procedures to ensure security of assets in transit.
• Inspect and maintain the vehicle and report issues.
• Adhere to traffic and company policies for safe driving.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and location details.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.
• Handle unforeseen situations professionally to minimize disruption.
