Job summary

NCR Atleos is recruiting a Secure Van Driver (Cash in Transit Officer) in Tonbridge. You will alternate between driving and courier duties, sometimes solo or with a partner, ensuring safe and secure cash transport to keep ATMs stocked.

Shifts total 45 hours per week across 4 days, with early mornings and some weekend rosters. A CVIT SIA licence brings a £1,000 joining bonus after probation; full UK licence required.

Qualifications

• 10-year continuous employment and education history (any gaps must be explained).
• Valid Full UK driving licence (no more than 6 penalty points).
• CVIT SIA licence desirable; if held, £1,000 joining bonus after probation.

Responsibilities

• Drive solo or with a partner as a driver or courier.
• Securely transport and replenish cash in ATMs to keep stock full.
• Follow company procedures and complete required documentation.
• Drive and park responsibly, adhering to the Highway Code and safety standards.
• Build positive relationships with colleagues, customers and stakeholders.
• Communicate clearly with team and branch management to resolve issues promptly.
