Job summary

Brink's is seeking a friendly and reliable CIT Driver to securely transport cash between locations across our UK regions. The role supports our 4 on 4 off rota, requiring attention to detail and independent work to keep money moving safely.

You will handle cash and valuables, comply with security procedures, and maintain clear records while liaising with clients and internal teams. Training will cover SIA CViT licensing and safety best practices.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• SIA or security experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent knowledge of road safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and maneuver in confined spaces.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• No active CCJs, IVAs or bankruptcy declarations.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport cash, coins, and valuables to and from customer locations, replenishing ATMs.
• Follow procedures to ensure asset security in transit.
• Inspect and maintain the vehicle and report issues.
• Adhere to traffic regulations and company policies.
• Maintain records of each transaction and location details.
• Communicate with internal teams and clients for timely deliveries.
• Handle unforeseen situations professionally to minimize disruption.
