Role Overview

With a keen eye for detail, as a Cash and Bank Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining all multi-currency bank accounts, recording and matching transactions daily, and investigating discrepancies thoroughly.

• Experience in Retail and working with Retail point of service systems are advantageous but not required

What does a typical day look like?

• Complete bank postings for all multi-currency bank accounts
• Reconcile accounts, investigate, and resolve differences
• Reconcile credit card/online payment receipts to received monies
• Process and reconcile complex transactions
• Coordinate with other departments, retail stores, and banks to resolve discrepancies promptly
• Perform ad hoc duties to support the finance department
