Job summary

Platfform is seeking two Case Workers to support people with mental health and trauma in a housing setting in Tonypandy, Wales. You will provide social, emotional and practical support, while ensuring compliance with admin and reporting systems.

Ideal candidates will have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle. The role requires rota shifts including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins, with additional payment for unsociable hours and bank holidays.

Job description

We are looking for Case Workers (2) who have relevant experience in supported housing, homelessness, mental health, or related services to provide a range of social, emotional and practical support to people with mental health and trauma related issues.To comply with and maintain all necessary administrative and reporting systems. To provide cover as required, planned in advance on a rota system which includes, evening, weekends and sleeping. Plus additional payments for sleep in, unsociable hours and bank holidays.

You would need a full driving licence, and have access to your own vehicle to be eligible for this role.
