Job summary

Catch22 is recruiting for a permanent, full-time role within the West Mercia integrated CSE/CCE service. You will work directly with vulnerable youths, conducting assessments, planning interventions, and maintaining case records within a case management framework.

The role requires knowledge of risk factors for exploitation, strong engagement skills with young people, and the ability to work with multiple agencies to achieve safeguarding outcomes.

Qualifications

• Direct specialist knowledge of risk factors leading to exploitation and addressing them.
• Ability to engage with vulnerable young people on a 1:1 basis within a case management model.
• Experience working with multiple agencies in safeguarding partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain productive working relationships with referring agencies to ensure referrals.
• Manage a caseload and undertake assessments to develop intervention plans within timescales.
• Plan and deliver interventions in line with Catch22 policies and local authority guidance.
• Develop materials and activities to build resilience and safety for young people.
• Collaborate with Local Authorities and Safeguarding Boards on multi-agency partnerships.
• Record interventions and correspondence in MIS; monitor progress against KPIs.
