Role: Case Manager in Bridging Finance

Location: Borehamwood

We are working with a reputable lender offering an exciting opportunity for a professional looking to advance within the Bridging Finance industry.

The main responsibility is to manage post-case activities, from funding to redemption, ensuring adherence to the original terms by implementing appropriate account management and redemption strategies.

• Monitor milestones, key events, and conditions during the loan term
• Communicate daily with clients and brokers via telephone and email to gather information, identify issues, and propose solutions
• Identify and appoint administrators or receivers when necessary
• Maintain relationships with solicitors, asset managers, receivers, and administrators
• Address breaches or non-compliance with loan terms and pursue clients for payments or compliance
• Prepare redemption statements
• Handle requests for further advances or extensions
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners and investors
• Knowledge of Bridging Finance, including first and second charge residential, development, and commercial loans
• Ability to review and challenge documentation
• Strong team player with initiative and independence
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
