Our client, based in Sutton Coldfield, is currently recruiting for a Commercial Finance Case Manager on a permanent contract.

The position is due to start immediately on a part-time basis. The full-time equivalent salary on offer is c. £25,400.

The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services, with a strong track record in case management of mortgages or commercial finance.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Managing commercial finance applications from initial enquiry through to completion
  • Liaising directly with clients to gather all necessary information and documentation
  • Accurately inputting and maintaining data within the CRM system
  • Communicating with panel lenders, submitting applications, and processing their responses
  • Working on side projects to support operational efficiency and continuous improvement
  • Effectively managing your own caseload while coordinating with clients, lenders, and internal team members
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues as required

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Confident using CRM systems and handling sensitive financial information
  • A collaborative and team-oriented approach, with a willingness to support others and share knowledge

Working hours:

  • C. 20 hours per week
  • Monday – Friday, 9am-2pm
