Job description

Cambridgeshire Constabulary Police Staff Permanent Full Time Investigations Standards Agile, Chord Park Scale 5 £30,333 37

I'm delighted to share that we are currently recruiting for a Case File Coordinator within our Case File Standards and Support Unit. This is a genuinely rewarding time to pursue a career in the Criminal Justice sector, and this role places you right at the heart of communication between policing and our criminal justice partners.

As a Case File Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in championing the interests of victims and witnesses, while also supporting the process of bringing offenders to justice. The position is primarily agile-based, offering flexibility in your working arrangements, though there will be occasions when you'll need to attend one of the police sites within Cambridgeshire.

Your responsibility in ensuring case file material is accessible to our criminal justice partners is absolutely vital, helping to make effective use of court time and achieving the earliest possible resolution for victims of crime.

We are seeking candidates who are passionate about their work, able to confidently navigate IT solutions after training, and possess a keen eye for detail. A helpful attitude towards all enquiries coming into the office is essential, as we strive to offer the best possible service to our criminal justice partners.

Previous experience in the criminal justice world is not required; all you need is an openness to learn and a willingness to provide outstanding service to victims of crime.
