Job summary

Howells Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Multi Trader to join a maintenance team carrying out reactive and planned repairs in social housing across Bromley and surrounding areas. You will perform a wide range of carpentry, plastering and general maintenance tasks, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction in residents' homes.

You will need strong carpentry and plastering skills, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to work independently on a varied workload with a

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Experience in social housing or maintenance environments
• Able to travel across Bromley and surrounding areas
• Comfortable using handheld devices or PDAs
• DBS check or willing to obtain one

Responsibilities

• Carry out carpentry and joinery repairs within social housing properties.
• Repair/replace doors, frames, skirting boards and architraves.
• Perform patch plastering, plaster repairs and making-good works.
• Carry out painting and decorating after repairs.
• Handle minor plumbing repairs and tiling as required.
• Maintain excellent customer service while visiting residents' homes.
• Use PDA or job management system to update works completed.
