Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Multi in a social housing or similar environment.
• Relevant trade qualifications in plumbing, carpentry, or another related field (desired).
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
