Job summary

Blocktech MEP is seeking a Multi trader with carpentry experience for a 3-month contract, with potential extensions. The role covers maintenance and refurbishments across residential and commercial sites, including kitchens, bathrooms, and painting.

You will work in a small team, or independently, carrying out repairs, fitting kitchens and appliances, and assisting with various trades on hospitals, colleges, and other sites in London and the Southeast.

Qualifications

• Carpentry experience required as part of multi-trader role.
• Experience with maintenance tasks on residential/commercial properties.
• Valid UK driving licence required; own transport preferred.
• CSCS Labourer card or willingness to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Carry out minor repairs on tenanted properties in a small team or solo.
• Fit new kitchens and appliances as part of refurbishments.
• Assist with deliveries, key collection and general labour.
• Support other tradespersons and assist with hospital/commercial projects when needed.
