Job summary

Blocktech MEP are seeking an NVQ Carpenter Multi trader for a 1-month contract to assist with maintenance across commercial properties. The role includes refurbishments such as new kitchens, bathrooms, and painting.

A pathway for long-term work is possible by building relationships with the client. Essential requirements include own van, full UK driving licence, Labourer CSCS card (or willingness to obtain), ability to pass a DBS check, and professional communication with clients and tenants.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance and minor repairs on tenanted properties.
• Ability to fit kitchens and appliances as part of refurbishments.
• Good communication with clients and tenants.

Responsibilities

• Carry out minor repairs on tenanted properties individually or in a small team.
• Fit new kitchens and appliances as required.
• Assist with deliveries, key collection, and labour.
• Provide support to other tradespersons on site.
• Assist with commercial work on Hospitals and colleges in London.
