Dovetail and Slate is hiring a Carpentry Lecturer in East London to deliver Level 1 and Level 2 Carpentry & Joinery programmes. The role requires industry experience, excellent communication, and strong organisational skills, with a focus on student engagement and progression.

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Relevant Level 2 qualification in Carpentry & Joinery or equivalent.
• Strong industry experience within Carpentry or Joinery.

• Passion for supporting and developing learners.

Previous teaching experience is beneficial, but industry experience is the key requirement. Full support is available for candidates looking to work towards a recognised FE teaching qualification.
