Job summary

Henry Blue in Greater Manchester is seeking an experienced Carpentry & Joinery Lecturer to join our Construction team. You will deliver Level 1–3 Carpentry & Joinery teaching and support multi-trade construction skills, helping students prepare for employment and progression.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Carpenter/Joiner with site and bench joinery experience, with the ability to develop curriculum and teaching strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Carpentry & Joinery up to Level 3.
• Ability to support broader construction skills and maintenance.
• Experience with learners and curriculum development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Carpentry & Joinery to Level 1–3 students (Level 2 apprentices as possible).
• Support multi-trade construction skills alongside teaching.
• Provide practical, learner-focused education and prepare students for employment.
• Develop curriculum and teaching strategies to enable learner success.
