Job summary

SettleParadigm is seeking a skilled Carpenter / UPVC Operative to carry out carpentry and UPVC repairs across our homes in Buckinghamshire and surrounding counties. You will work from our trades team, using a company van and fuel card for business travel, delivering high quality work and safety-conscious installations.

You will join a values-led organisation with a strong social purpose, supporting residents and communities while upholding workmanship and service standards.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent
• Full UK driving licence essential
• Experience in social housing or domestic maintenance preferred

Responsibilities

• Carry out a wide range of carpentry and UPVC repairs in homes
• Work independently and as part of a team delivering high quality work
• Update work orders using PDA and record materials used
• Maintain safety and compliance in all tasks
