Ian Williams Ltd. is seeking a skilled Carpenter/ Multi Trader to join our Capital and Planned Works team in Plymouth.
You’ll perform varied carpentry and refurbishment tasks in customers’ homes across Devon, with FRA experience welcome but not essential. We offer a competitive £35,530 salary for a 39-hour week, no weekends, plus a company van or travel allowance, ongoing training, 31 paid holidays, life insurance, and access to free legal and financial advice via Lighthouse Charity.
Our business is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled Carpenter/ Multi Trader to join our successful Capital and Planned Works team in Plymouth. You’ll carry out a varied range of carpentry and refurbishment work in customers’ homes across Devon. Experience in fire risk assessment (FRA) work, including fire door installation and fire stopping, would be an advantage, but it is not essential—if you have strong domestic 1st and 2nd fix carpentry skills, we’d love to hear from you.
