Job Title: Multi Trader Carpenter
Contract: Permanent
Location: East London
Salary: £34,000 to £36,000 - After Probation (£38,000)

We are seeking a skilled Multi Trader to join our team, working across East London and the Southend area. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality housing maintenance services (excluding M&E) to our clients in the social housing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests from clients.
• Ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
• Conducting property inspections and identifying areas in need of maintenance or repair.
• Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors when necessary.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in general building maintenance.
• A full UK driving licence (required for travel).
• Ability to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards.
• Must be able to pass a DBS check.
