Job summary

Wates in Crawley is seeking a Carpenter Multi Trader to join our Responsive Maintenance team. You'll deliver reactive maintenance services to residents on a social housing contract from our Crawley office, carrying out repair and renewal works across properties.

You will work independently or with colleagues, complete daily sheets, and advise your Supervisor when other trades are needed. A full UK driving licence and L2 NVQ in Carpentry are essential.

• Proven experience in carpentry and multi-trade work.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
