Job summary

Graham Rose is currently seeking a skilled Carpenter Multi Trade for a mobile maintenance role based in Redhill and surrounding areas. You will execute planned maintenance in both occupied and void properties on a day-to-day basis.

The ideal candidate will possess strong carpentry skills in domestic settings, with additional painting and plastering abilities considered a bonus. You must have a clean license (no more than 3 points) and present yourself professionally.

Qualifications

• Carpentry in domestic properties and related trades.
• Additional skills such as painting, decorating, patch plastering are a plus.
• Experience in private or social housing properties preferred.
• License clean with no more than 3 points.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned maintenance in occupied and void properties on a day-to-day basis.
• Work in a mobile role across Redhill and surrounding areas.
• Maintain a presentable and professional appearance and adhere to company guidelines.

Job description

Immediate openings are available for skilled Carpenter Multi Trades to join a well-established domestic property maintenance company that operates in the Redhill and surrounding areas.

As a mobile position, you will be responsible for executing planned maintenance in both Occupied and Void properties on a day-to-day basis. In addition to possessing excellent technical skills, candidates are expected to conduct themselves in a presentable and professional manner, adhering to company guidelines.
