Job description

We are looking for a Multi-trade operative in Loughborough area to work for a well-established maintenance contractor. This is a long term self-employed role, where you will be working in a mix of new build and social housing properties.

As a Multi-trade operative you will complete:

• Carpentry
• Plumbing
• Patch plastering
• Tiling
• Painting & Decorating

We are looking for a Multi-trade operative who:

• Has their own van
• Has their own tools
• Has relevant industry experience

In return, the Multi-trade operative will receive:

• £21 per hour
• Fuel allowance
• Weekly pay ( CIS payments available)
• Long term work
