Fortem is seeking a Carpenter Multi Skilled Trade for a permanent role covering Taunton, Yeovil, Bridgewater, Chard and surrounding areas. You will perform carpentry, basic plumbing, and other trades on social housing properties with a focus on timely completion.
The role requires a full UK driving license, DBS check, and experience or qualification in carpentry. We offer a company van, fuel card, PPE, tools, and a generous annual bonus with holiday entitlement.
Due to continued successful growth, We have a new permanent opportunity to join our Fortem Repairs and Maintenance team at Stonewater Housing as a Carpenter Multi Skilled TradeYou will use core Carpentry skills, basic Plumbing and a range of other Multi trade skills which can include, Tiling, Flooring, Windows.The Carpenter Multi Trade will be responsible for most aspects of property maintenance and repairs to Social Housing Properties covering a patch across Taunton, Yeovil, Bridgewater, Chard and surrounding areas so travel is essential.Core Hours are Monday-Friday 8.00am-4.30pmWe provide a Company Van, Fuel card, Power Tools, PPE and an annual bonus!+ Generous ON CALL rota every 6-8 weeks
