Role requires NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry & Joinery, UK driving licence, and flexibility for on-call evenings up to 8pm. You will work with other trades, maintain safety standards, and help deliver high-quality refurbishment projects.

We are currently recruiting for a Carpenter to join our team in Pembroke.
As a carpenter, you will be responsible for carrying out carpentry and general maintenance tasks in vacant properties within the social housing portfolio. The goal is to ensure all properties are fully prepared for new tenants by addressing carpentry issues and performing related tasks, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
