Fortem are recruiting a Plumber Multi-Trade to join the Amplius Social Housing operations on responsive repairs and maintenance across a wide patch from St Neots to Peterborough. You will perform full plumbing and basic carpentry tasks, travel between properties, and work to high standards under HSE guidelines.
You will receive a company van, fuel card, PPE and tools, a generous holiday allowance, on-call rota, and a structured career path through Fortem Advance with ongoing training.
The role
Due to continued successful growth, we have an excellent opportunity to join our Fortem team working with Amplius Social Housing group as a permanent Plumber Multi trade Working on the responsive repairs and maintenance team, which uses core Plumbing skills, basic Carpentry and a range of other Multi trade skills which can include, Tiling, Flooring, Windows.
This is covering a large patch of social housing properties which are based from St Neots to Peterborough and surrounding area so travel is essential

As a Plumber Multi Trade you will be ensuring all work is undertaken to a high standard with the minimum of supervision. Taking ownership of work, aiming for successful turnarounds times, operating within the company Health and Safety guidelines, and remaining within budget and time parameters, whilst being courteous and professional on site.

Fortem's successful contract with Amplius Social Housing Association supports nearly 15,000 properties, This includes Repairs & Maintenance, Voids, Complex Works and FRA workstreams with additional Planned Works and Preventative Maintenance as well.
