Job summary

Make UK is recruiting an experienced Carpenter Multi to join our Property Maintenance Team covering the Bristol & Gloucestershire area. You’ll spend time on the road and will be provided with a company van and fuel card for travel.

You will perform 1st fix and 2nd fix carpentry, install windows, doors, door frames – internal and external, UPVC servicing and installation, locksmithing, fencing, kitchen fitting and minor joinery across our properties.

Responsibilities

• Carry out carpentry repairs in properties as part of Property Repairs Team
• Work on Bristol & Gloucestershire locality
• Travel on road with company van and fuel card
• Perform 1st fix and 2nd fix carpentry tasks
• Install windows, doors, frames; UPVC servicing and installation
• Provide locksmithing and entry via lock snapping/drilling

We’re currently recruiting for an experienced/qualified Carpenter Multi to join our clients Property Maintenance Team covering the Bristol & Gloucestershire area. As you’ll spend a fair amount of time on the road we will provide you with a van and fuel card so you’ll not be out of pocket.

A client of ours who is a large Housing Association is currently recruiting for an experienced/qualified Carpenter Multi to join their Property Team in their Bristol & Gloucestershire locality. As you’ll spend a fair amount of time on the road we will provide you with a business use van and fuel card so you’ll not be out of pocket.
