Job Title: Carpenter Multi

Location: Watford

Hourly Rate: £21.40ph CIS

Van, Fuel and Parking Card Provided

Duties of a Carpenter:

• Carpentry: Skirting, hang doors, fitting kitchens, locks, latches.
• 1st/2nd fix carpentry.
• Plumbing: Tap changes, shower replacements, radiators, kitchens & bathrooms, installation of new pipework, mastic sealant.
• Patch plastering.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications) of a Carpenter:

• Social Housing Experience.
• MUST HAVE - Full UK Driving License.
• MUST HAVE - City & Guilds / NVQ.
