Job summary

Sovereign Network Group in Wiltshire is recruiting a Carpenter Multi to join our Property Team. You will travel across sites, with a company van and fuel card provided, delivering a range of carpentry repairs in our housing properties.

We expect experience in residential carpentry, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent with a strong health and safety mindset. A full driving licence is required to support on-site travel and call-out duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential housing carpentry.
• NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry or 5+ years proven track record in carpentry.
• Strong health and safety mindset and practices.
• Works well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out carpentry repairs in our properties as part of Repairs Team.
• 1st fix and 2nd fix carpentry; install windows, doors and frames.
• UPVC servicing and installation; locksmithing and entry where needed.
• Fencing, kitchen fitting and joinery; basic maintenance tasks.
• Assist with basic plumbing, plastering, tiling and decorating.
