Job summary

Sovereign Network Group is recruiting an experienced Carpenter Multi to join our Property Team in Bournemouth, Christchurch, Hurn. You will perform all carpentry repairs across properties, including 1st/2nd fix, window and door installations, UPVC work, and basic plumbing and decorating. A company van is provided for site travel.

Applicants should have NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry (or 5+ years in the field) and a valid driving licence; extensive travel is required and overtime may boost earnings.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in carpentry or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years proven carpentry experience in residential housing.
• Full UK driving license with at least 1 year of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out carpentry repairs as part of the Repairs Team across properties.
• Provide 1st and 2nd fix carpentry work.
• Install windows, doors and door frames (internal and external).
• UPVC servicing and installation.
• Locksmithing and entry via lock snapping, drilling and picking.
• Install fencing, posts, feather edge, chain link and panels.
• Kitchen fitting, building and minor joinery.
• General maintenance: basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, decorating.
