Daniel Owen Ltd. are recruiting on behalf of a large Housing Association for a Carpenter/Multi tradesperson to carry out reactive repairs to tenanted properties in the social housing sector.

The successful candidate will have proven carpentry and multi-trade skills, with experience in social housing, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

A van and fuel card will be provided to support field duties.

Qualifications

Experience working in social housing is essential.
Proficient in carpentry and basic multi-trade repairs.

Responsibilities

Carry out reactive repairs to tenanted properties within the social housing sector.
Perform carpentry, maintenance and minor trades as required.
