Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking a skilled Carpenter Multi-Trade for a temporary to permanent role based in Romford area (RM/IG/E postcodes). You will perform carpentry repairs and basic multi-trade tasks on domestic properties within social housing contracts.

You should have a valid NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds in carpentry, a full UK driving licence, and prior social housing maintenance experience. A company vehicle with fuel card is provided along with uniform.

Qualifications

• Must hold an NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds in carpentry.
• Must have a full UK manual driving licence.
• Must have previous social housing or domestic maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out carpentry repairs and maintenance on domestic properties
• Completing associated multi-trade works where required
• Providing a high level of customer service to residents
• Ensuring all works are completed safely and efficiently
• Participating in a rotational on-call schedule for emergency repairs
