Location: Gloucester/Bristol

Employment Type: Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week

Join a dedicated property maintenance team delivering quality work and improving homes across the Gloucester and Bristol area. We are currently recruiting an experienced and qualified Carpenter Multi-Trader for our responsive repairs team. This hands-on role involves travelling across the region, with a business-use van and fuel card provided to keep you mobile without extra costs.

What You'll Do:

• Carry out all forms of carpentry repairs and installations in residential properties
• 1st and 2nd fix carpentry including fitting doors, windows, frames (internal/external)
• UPVC servicing and installation
• Locksmith tasks including lock snapping, drilling, and picking
• Install various types of fencing (feather edge, chain link, panels, etc.)
• Kitchen fitting and minor joinery tasks
• Perform additional basic trade tasks including plumbing, plastering, tiling, decorating, and general maintenance

What You'll Need:

• NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry or 5+ years of relevant experience
• A solid understanding of health and safety best practices
• Great teamwork and communication skills
