Due to continued successful growth, we have an excellent permanent opportunity to join our Fortem team at Stonewater as a Carpenter Multi Skilled Trade in our Planned works team. You will be covering a patch based in and around Bournemouth and Poole, so travel is essential for this role.

The Carpenter Multi Trade will be responsible for most aspects of property maintenance and repairs to Social Housing Properties, utilizing core carpentry skills and some basic plumbing. You will be working on our Kitchen and Bathrooms programme.

Core Hours are Monday-Friday 8.00am-4.30pm.

As a Carpenter Multi Trade, you will ensure all work is completed to a high standard with minimal supervision. You will take ownership of your work, aiming for 'First time Fix' on all jobs, operating within company Health and Safety guidelines, and remaining within budget and time constraints, while maintaining courteous and professional interactions with tenants.
