Zusammenfassung

Morgan Sindall Property Services is seeking a skilled Carpenter/Joiner to deliver high‑quality carpentry and joinery work in social housing settings. You will perform responsive and planned repairs, including minor plumbing and tiling, and use a handheld device to manage tasks with care and safety.

You should have a proven track record as a qualified Carpenter/Joiner, with the ability to work independently, follow drawings, and provide excellent customer service. CSCS blue card is desirable.

Qualifikationen

• Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months.
• C&G Craft or NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Joinery/Carpentry.
• Previous experience as a qualified Carpenter/Joiner.
• CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card (desirable).
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable, punctual and committed to quality workmanship.

Jobbeschreibung

Working to deliver the highest quality service, you'll carry out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied properties. Duties will include a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work such as minor plumbing, joinery, tiling, kitchen and bathroom fitting within a social housing setting. You'll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training provided), working efficiently and safely in line with best practice to deliver an excellent customer experience.

We're looking for a skilled and experienced Carpenter / Joiner who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. You'll be confident working independently, managing your workload, following drawings and instructions, and completing repairs safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You'll have previous experience as a qualified Carpenter / Joiner, ideally within a social housing, domestic maintenance or construction environment. Multi-trade skills such as basic plumbing / minor, plastering, tiling, locksmithing or uPVC repairs would be advantageous. You'll also be comfortable using digital PDA systems and committed to delivering a reliable, right-first-time service. Essential Requirements
