Job summary

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Carpentry repairs and maintenance across council housing stock.
• Install, repair, and maintain doors, frames, skirting boards, kitchens, and timber structures.
• Coordinate with residents and supervisors; maintain records of works and materials.
• Operate tools and equipment; ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
