Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Carpenter Multi for reactive maintenance in occupied social housing properties across Croydon. This role offers a £22 per hour rate and requires a proven track record in reactive maintenance within social housing, plus a full UK driving licence.

You will carry out repairs, complete secondary trades, and work safely in tenants' homes while delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in reactive maintenance and social housing.
• Full UK driving licence.
• NVQ LVL 2 trade qualification.

Responsabilités

• Carry out reactive carpentry repairs in occupied social housing properties.
• Complete secondary trades as required.
• Repair and replace doors, frames, locks, skirting boards, architraves, kitchens, flooring, and other first and second fix carpentry.
• Complete minor multi-trade works where required.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
• Provide a professional service while working in tenants' homes.
